    If you have pets, consider keeping them in a separate room or in a secure area during the cleaning to ensure their safety and prevent any disturbances, especially paw prints while we mop :)

  • Provide Cleaning Supplies

    As cleaning professionals, we do bring our own supplies, but it’s a good idea to discuss this in advance. If necessary, have the cleaning products and equipment available for their use. Please advise if you have a good vacuum or central vacuum too.

    Ensure that there is ample parking available and a clear path (salt if iced over) to your home’s entryway, so the cleaning professional can easily access your property.

    Be prepared to provide payment according to the agreed-upon terms discussed with Kristal (Owner), whether it’s in cash, e-transfer, or cheque. Please also advise if you’d like an amount to be added as a tip for your cleaner.

  • Be Respectful of Time

    Be punctual and considerate of the cleaning professional’s schedule to ensure a timely and effective cleaning.

  • Respect Privacy

    While cleaning professionals are there to clean, they also respect your privacy. Avoid hovering or interrupting them during their work so they can keep on task and on time.

  • Feedback and Communication

    After the cleaning is complete, feel free to provide feedback on the service, and communicate any additional needs or changes for future visits.
